Farooq may appear to be the stereotypical low-key math teacher but blink your eyes and the façade gives way to cunning humor and serious theatrical talent. He can munch on the toughest math problems with the fervor of a cookie monster and chip off wordy word problem layer by layer. Rumor has it he can take on any student when it comes to FIFA and poker (true story!).
