"The best thing about Smartprep is that it works upon the philosophy that teaching is a profession that was adapted by our Messengers and hence is a very noble profession. So the SmartPrep team members never mind putting in a lot of extra effort to make students achieve a little extra. Small class sizes, interactive classes, regular diagnostic tests, makeup sessions, timely progress reports and individual attention for students lagging behind are the key factors that help our students achieve high scores. A few years back a sentence said by Amir Khan in a movie “3 Idoits” really struck me. He said “beta wo kaam karo jis me maza aye, tou kam kam nahi, khel lagta hey.” At that time I used to wonder that how can a person work and have fun at the same time. Smartprep is not a just a company. It is a family where team members are actually willing to work for the betterment of students. It is a place where sharing your weaknesses is appreciated.
